Concrete is the major material used in modern construction. Concrete failure may lead to catastrophic structural failure. Symptoms of concrete failure range of stains, cracks, spalling and fire-damage. We carry out investigation for concrete strength with the use of surface penetrating radar, ultrasonic pulse echo and where necessary compressive strength test of cores. Sensors are also installed on rebar within concrete structures to monitor its corrosion.
